A. Extra Bed Policy & Rates
1. A maximum of one extra bed can be accommodated in the same room (wherever possible), as per rate mentioned in Rate Grid per night, inclusive of breakfast.
2. Extra beds will be subject to availability, and dependent on adequate advance notice.
3. Rooms can be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates.

B. Child Policy
1. The child policy for each hotel is –
a) Clarks Avadh – Children below 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis. Children from the age between 6 and 14 will be charged half. It is inclusive of breakfast and children to be accommodated in the same room.
b) Clarks Amer- Children below 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis. No extra bed will be provided in this case.
For Children between the age 6 and 11 years can stay on a complimentary basis. No extra bed will be provided in this case. Meals will be charged at 50% of the applicable meal rate. – without bed.
For Children above 11 years an extra bed needs to be taken and meal will be charged on the actuals.
c) Clarks Khajuraho – Children below 5 years can stay on a complimentary basis. Children over 5 years, will be charged full. It is inclusive of breakfast and children to be accommodated in the same room.
