Khajuraho, the great Chandela capital of the bygone era, is now in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. There were about eighty-five temples, of which only a few have survived and are visited by tourists across the world. The temples at Khajuraho are radiant examples of medieval Indian architecture.

Avadh, with Lucknow at its heart, is known for its rich history, culture, gracious living and cuisine. The city features landmarks and heritage sites reflecting its British Raj and Nawabi-era past.

Agra is renowned for the Taj Mahal and its rich Mughal heritage. The city is home to several major historical attractions, including Agra Fort, the Tomb of I'timad-ud-Daulah and Akbar’s Tomb.
