IF (Imaginary Folklores) is an acoustic ensemble in chamber-music format, playing a resolutely contemporary and cosmopolitan repertoire of original compositions and improvisations.All members of the group join forces to create a music as diverse as their backgrounds, mixing influences from central Europe, Argentina, Finland, Canada and India.
OtsoLähdeoja (guitar,compositions)
Finnish guitarist, composer and researcher in digital arts. He holds a doctorate in music from Paris 8 University and has led a myriad of crossover artistic projects over the past ten years.

FlorianGuibert (Flute)
Self taught before studying jazz at the Chichester College of music in England, this French flutist has since then diversified his musical experiences gaining inspiration from the music of Australia, South America and India.

Mauro Sarachian (cello)
Argentinean cellist, he studied at the Beethoven Conservatory in Beunos Aires before going for further studies at the Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona. In Brussels since 2010, he has completed a masters degree in cello peformance at the Koninklijk Conservatory.
