Perspective

I feel honored and privileged to be able to present the issue of Clarks Connection e- newsletter. I hope the entire reader find the articles in the issue interesting and full of enriched learning’s.

Law of Energy said that it neither can be created nor destroyed only can be changed from one form to another. At the core of all matter lies energy, and the human body is no different. (We all know that Human body is made up of five elements, which have energy. Or in another way we can say that our body is made up of energy). We can use/divert our energy in the desired way by the help of brain which is gifted by God. The energy of our body will not be balanced and free-flowing if we do not have good emotional balance, good physical health, and good relationships with our surroundings and ourselves. Almost no one is ever perfectly balanced. If you could do this, you would be able to rise from the dead, have a body transformed into a cosmic molecular structure and commune with the gods as an equal. Be cautious while using energy and channelize it in to particular direction for fruitful results. Positive thinking emits positive rays and create positive environment around us which we can feel if we are with such kind of personality. And if you meet to a person with negative thoughts than we will receive the negative energy which will definitely have negative effects on our activities. That’s why “Positive thinking gives positive result and negative thinking produces negative results”.

Given below are the glimpses of the articles to give you a flavor of the same- In Birds view we take the India’s Security system strengths and weaknesses and the feeling of our. In inspiration never expect the entire thing in the same way as we want but also expect in that way also in which it is given to us by Almighty. Mr. Jaiprakesh Chokse, Who has a vast interaction with Bollywood. In past he was a lecturer of English literature but his passion towards film industry always remain in all fields as a Script writer, Producer, Distributor. He also wrote the script of few TV shows like Dus Ka Dum. A column by name of “Parde Ke Pichee” (Behind the screen) publishes in a daily news paper.

Q-1.What was the reason behind your inclination towards writing?
A-1. I brought up in a very modern family. Where reading books and viewing cinemas ware regular activity and there were no objections from parent’s side. So my interest was in Literature and cinema from starting. While making of Tesari Ankha(Third Eye) I stay with Raj kapoor with my Friend Shailendra. In 1977 joined new production company. I also produce few movie (Shayad, Harjai, Kanhaiya), worked with RK Studio and work as distributor. That time meet to Saleem saheb. In total I always attached to the bollywood and as student of English literature I got interested towards writing.

Q-2.Your comments come on Indian movies or tell us that Indian movies are going in to which direction?
A-2. Due to Liberalization and Globalization very fast social changes has taken place in our society like coming up of Multiplexes and improvisation of Single screen cinemas. Entertainment was always a part of cinema but a social commitment and social experiment we can see in new movies like Wednesday, Bure fase obama, Tere bin Laden etc.

Q-3.Reality shows are most seen by TV audience. Any comments on Reality shows?
A-3. These programs are of very high talent, very nice and tough competition. Somewhere new generation become popular and star but these shows are diverting their talent and that’s why they devote very little time to Practice (Riyaz) and even parents are exploiting their childhood.

Q-4.Apart from movie would you like to share views on Jan Lokpal Bill?
A-4. I am strongly agreed that corruption is on high and the problem is of money and moral values. I feel that only laws cannot eradicate corruption so a cultural revolution must be there to re-establish society.

Q-5.how was your stay in the Jaipur?
A-5. It was very nice I liked everything and the food items were very delicious.

Q-6.What is your message to the youth of the country?
A-6. Go for your purpose and achieve your aim. Youth are very well informed but they are lacking in sense of history and literature. Youth are too ambitious and dynamic. My advice is to achieve your goal but don’t forget culture and history of Country.

“Ethical Management is Crucial to Business success because …. "

A code of ethics must encapsulate the beliefs and values of the organization. Those beliefs and values should become internalized by all employees and used regularly in all business practices, no matter the type of business. A code of ethics that is both defined and acted upon is part of the business culture of every successful business, and must become the mantra of every business owner.

Mr. K C Ajmera GM Admin. and Finance.

Every time a new business is launched anywhere in the world, whether a one-man operation or a full blown brick-and-mortar corporate enterprise, the owners must adopt a code of ethics for the business. For small businesses, the code is usually unwritten and sometimes not even discussed and decided upon, but still a code exists. Larger businesses often have written codes of ethics and employees are trained in them and required to adhere to the code.
Business owners who toss ethics aside by promising one thing and delivering another thing entirely usually do not last long in the marketplace. A code of ethics in business is just as important as a sound marketing plan, a solid financial strategy, and an organized business plan.

Inspiration

A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.

Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you
give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care things.

When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.

He began to search his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not packaged as we expected?

Title         :

The Secret

Author    : Rhonda Byrne
Category: Self Help Book

Every book corner, every second person possesses the phenomenon known as ‘The Secret’. Since the book has been published it has sold over four million copies with some thirty translations available worldwide. ‘The Secret’ is a summary of ancient believes & sayings of various religions & learned people. The books journey started as a DVD a tribute by the author Rhonda Byrne to the teachings of ‘Law of attraction’ as she had drawn a lot of strength from it during the difficult times of her life. The movie & the book have become a regular feature in most of the training programs conducted by the corporate.

According to Byrne the law of attraction is the most powerful law in the universe, it says that people experience the logical manifestations of their predominant thoughts, feelings, and words. Which results in people’s direct control over their lives. A person’s thoughts (whether conscious or unconscious) and feelings bring about corresponding positive or negative manifestations. Positive thoughts bring about positive manifestations while negative thoughts bring about negative manifestations. The theory is very simple. Because according to her it is an absolute law, the law of attraction will always respond to your thoughts no matter what they are. Thus your thoughts become things. You are the most powerful power in the universe simply because whatever you think about will come to be. You shape the world that exists around you. You shape your own life and destiny through the power of your mind.

The language of the book is simple and easy to understand with very interesting inputs from various prominent personalities whose lives have seen a 360 degree change due to the book. This book is a must read for people who are seeking answers to their inner questions or feel emptiness within them in spite of reaching to their career’s pinnacle. It is a very good manifestation of positive thinking.

TABLE MANNERS AND ETIQUETTE

A. THE USE OF THE NAPKIN
1. The napkin is placed on the lap by guests after the host has taken his own. Dinner napkins are folded once (in half) while others are spread out.
2. Avoid wiping your mouth during the meal. Dabbing or patting the lips is more proper.
3. After meals, the napkin should not be refolded but laid in loose folds such that it will not spread. It should be placed at in the right of and under the side of the plate.

B. USING SILVER AND CHINA
1. When several sets of spoons and forks are placed on the table, start from the outside, working in. You should distinguish a butter knife from a steak knife and use each according to the dish.
a. During formal dinners, starting at the left side of the plate and going outward are salad fork, the meat fork, and the fish fork. At the right side of the plate going outward are the salad knife, the meat knife and the fish knife. Following the fish knife is the soup spoon.
b. The goblet or the glass of water is placed above the knives at the right side of the plate. At the right side of the water glass may be placed the wine or champagne glass.
2. Never wipe the glass and plates with the napkin, before using
3. When not actually used, the silver should be left on the top of the plate. The spoon should not be left in the cup. Its place is on the saucer.
4. The tines of the fork should be turned upwards when lifting food in the mouth.
5. The proper place for the knife is on top of the plate, with the sharp edge facing you.
6. Use your knife when cutting meat, never the edge of your spoon.
7. Jellies, jams and butter are spread on bread with a knife, never with a fork.
