Travel and Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the global economy and cerainly occupies pride of place in India.The Indian sub-continent, no doubt faces new challenges, as well as opportunities, and has emerged as the global center for excellence in the hospitality and tourism businesses, be it hotels, restaurants, airlines, resorts, spas, and the like.

India has been ranked the second fastest growing travel and tourism economy in the world. Over the next ten years, the annualized real growth in demand for travel and tourism is expected to grow by 8.8 per cent for India. Needless to say, the unprecedented growth in hospitality and tourism has created a skyrocketing demand for managers and executives who want to make a career in this booming industry. To truly contribute in this fast paced ever-changing world, be competitive and make an impact, there is a need for excellence in all that we do.

In response to the abovementioned issues, Clarks Centre for Excellence had been established in 2007 which offers the Professional Hotel Education Programme (PHE) and initiative of the Clarks Group of Hotels. Keeping in line with our motto 'Clarks Care for You', we fulfill our responsibility towards the development of the nation through upliftment of all sections of the society and by empowering youth with employable knowledge and skills required in the services sector.
